Dabu-dabu fish (simple home cooking)

One of my favorite Manado dishes. It’s easy to make.
 Putrika Ajeng
2-3 servings
5 fish (I use medium size tilapia fish)
4 lime fruit
3 garlic cloves
2 green tomatoes
1 red tomato
Enough of cayenne pepper
4 red onion cloves
As much as basil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
As much as olive oil / vegetable oil
10 minutes
Wash the fish thoroughly, coat the fish with 2 lime and garlic which have been smoothly blended / smoothly distributed. Let stand for 15 minutes so that the fishy odor disappears.

Prepare dabu-dabu ingredients. Cut diced green tomatoes and red tomatoes, slice cayenne pepper and shallots. Take enough basil.

Add the dabu-dabu ingredients to the bowl, add 2 lime and salt sugar. Flush with heated oil. Mix well.

Fry the fish until it’s browned. Lift and drain.

Arrange the fish on the plate, then pour the dabu-dabu over the fish. Dabu-dabu fish is ready to be served with warm rice😉
